A Box may weigh up to 30 kilos, but due to the volume or packaging requirements of some products it may be necessary to send out cartons of less than 30 kilos. If you would like us to confirm how many boxes your order is in before despatch please contact us by e-mail or phone and tell us how you would like to be contacted when your order is ready.

Cheques, please allow 5 working days for the cheque to clear before we despatch your order.
Cash can be paid directly into any Barclays Bank. Please contact us for exact Invoice Total. and bank details. (use you name as a reference at the bank)
Damages and shortages
We take great pride in our packaging if you have any damages in your delivery it is important you contact us within 48 hours (any claims after this will not be credited). Please send an e-mail and if possible an image of the damaged item. We will reply and either put a credit on your account or request the damages are returned to us. If items need to be returned we will give you details of how we would like them returned and we will refund you the cost of the carriage.
All damages must be returned in orginal packaging.
Shortages - one person will be responsible for your order their name will be on the invoice please speak to them.
Credits will be held on customers accounts for 3 months if they are not claimed with in three months they will be recovered through court.

Products may be ordered in any quantity unless a quantity is stated in the description.
This is strictly a trade only site you may only purchase products for re sale.
We appreciate that many of our customers like to order little and often and established trade customers are welcome to buy in small quantities. New customers ordering very small quantities may be contacted to prove their trade status.
24 Hour Delivery
Orders placed by 12 noon will be despatched the same day for delivery the following day when possible.
Due to the volume of orders particularly after a weekend or bank holiday it is not always possible to despatch every order for next day delivery. If you require your order urgently please use the text area at the end of the on line order form or send an e-mail to ask for next day delivery.
If you would like your order delivered on a particular day you can use the text area to request the day you would like delivery.
Please note that next day is next working day (Monday to Friday) orders placed on Friday before noon will be received Monday.
